Thank you for selecting Acts House of Education as your preferred choice of school for your child.
Please use this link https://1613.d6plus.co.za/register/ to complete the application process. We would like to draw your attention to the following:
- • Kindly upload all requested documents in PDF FORMAT via the link.
- • Kindly upload the full immunisation records.
- • The correct Plan type for the School fees (Plan A/B/C), has been selected for the Accountable Person information. Please note that if you opt for Plan B (monthly), payment is strictly via debit order, hence please complete the banking details information and select the debit order submission date.
- • Kindly refer to the application form pg15 for the school's banking details for the payment of the R600 registration fee per application that is due upon submission of your application form - see below for our 2025 enrolment forms.
- • If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, please ensure you save your information and uploaded documents.
Should you be unable to submit your application, please go back and check for errors. The consent forms, indemnity and contract do not need to be filled in until you are accepted at our school. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee placement. Once your application has been received, we will be in contact with you.
