- On Thursday, February 20, our Primary School participated in
its inaugural DSSL (DanceSport School League) competition of the season. We journeyed to Steyn City
School with a group of 20 students, both girls and boys, eager to represent
Acts House of Education.
- Our dancers performed admirably throughout the event. The u9
girls secured both 1st and 2nd places, while the u9 boys achieved 1st place.
The u11 girls earned 3rd and 2nd places, and the u11 boys finished with two 2nd
place awards, marking their first experience in a dance competition. Our u13
dancers excelled, claiming 3rd, 2nd, and 1st places. Overall, Acts House of
Education emerged victorious, taking 1st place on that day.
- We anticipate a remarkable season ahead and extend our
heartfelt congratulations to all the dancers who gave their utmost effort. We
are immensely proud of their achievements.
